Judy was born in Leamington Spa, England and was educated at Guilsborough School in Northamptonshire. She went on to Buckinghamshire College of Further Education in High Wycombe where she gained a Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance in 1987.
She moved to Guernsey in 1988 and worked within the finance industry, joining Moore Stephens in October 2002. She is a Senior Administrator and also a director of the firm’s trustee, nominee and secretarial companies.
She completed the ICSA Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration in 2003 and the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management in August 2007. She is a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners.
She is married and has two sons. Her main interests include travelling, walking, reading, listening to music and spending time with her family.
