Jeff graduated from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth in 1994 and trained with Mullens and Robinson in Port Talbot. He joined Moore Stephens in 1999.
He deals with the audits of Guernsey and other entities, either under International Financial Reporting Standards or UK GAAP, and also Guernsey income tax and solvent liquidations.
His interests include badminton, rugby and reading.
